• Removing floor coverings usually produces a substantial amount of dust. Where practicable dust extraction units are used however this will not completely remove all airborne dust. It is the client/homeowners responsibility to adequately prepare for the works.

  • Ezy Strip may quote over the phone site unseen. We will assume the client has accurately measured the area to be removed. If the area is larger or there are multiple layers of flooring on top of each other the original quote may be exceeded.

  • Removing floor coverings produces large amounts of noise. Ezy Strip recommends neighbours are notified in advance. This should apply especially in an apartment complex or any building with common or adjoining walls including duplexes.

  • The act of removing your floor or wall coverings may cause damage to the pad/sub floor or wall render. If the sub floor or render is inadequate for any reason further work may need to be suspended until the owner or client is notified. Ezy Strip will not be liable for the cost of any repairs or damage that may have been caused by an inadequate or deficient pad or sub floor and wall render.

If work is suspended for any reason or period including complaints Ezy Strip reserves the right to charge for standby time.

  • Any cancellation or rescheduling of any works due to be performed by Ezy Strip must be received no later than 72 hours before the scheduled start time to ensure no minimum charge or additional fees are payable by the client.
